Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your PatPat account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all items are unwashed, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
